This KEM-860A drive makes odd noises and does not read when a disc is inserted, sometimes the disc does not want to go in.  It may just need calibration, or may need a new laser.  Its sold as is.  It has the dual lens 860 laser.  Make sure you need this KEM-860A model drive for your repair with the BDP-010 drive board.  The 490 laser with the BDP-020 has a single lens and a difference size laser cable so you must match drive types.  You need to attach your drive board to the drive for it to work in your PS4.  It includes the cables shown in the picture.  Remember this drive is not functioning properly and will have to be repaired to work.
